Grannies (LA Edition)

Once again in this piece, ‘Grannies’, Banksy has played around with contradictory motifs. He has created the comical image of to grannies happily knitting onto sweaters the unlikely phrases ‘Punk’s not Dead’ and ‘Thugs for Life’.

The print was originally released as part of the LA set in 2006, then later through POW.
